Nestled among the peaceful leafy surrounds of Wheller Gardens, Emmaus Village is a community of five interconnected courts that share bright walkways and natural vistas. Each court has its own dining room and social gathering space, creating a lovely close-knit community. The spacious verandas that adorn each court are the perfect place to relax on a sunny afternoon with friends or family and enjoy a cup of tea. Emmaus residents can also take advantage of two gazebos surrounded by lovely gardens for special events and gatherings.
Parkview is a modern, award-winning residence recognised for its premier architecture and sustainable design. Its beautiful open-plan layout and large indoor/outdoor spaces allow residents to relax and enjoy Queensland’s balmy climate all year round. Parkview is made up of four individual communities: Tamborine, Moreton, Fraser and Glasshouse. Located close to Downfall Creek Reserve, with resort style surroundings, Wheller on the Park retirement village in Chermside offers modern retirement living in a social and secure environment. Villas and apartments Embracing the Queensland lifestyle, all villas and apartments offer contemporary open plan layouts, each with a spacious courtyard or balcony. Set in landscaped grounds, these residences epitomise style and feature quality appliances. Set amongst the leafy surrounds of the larger Wheller Gardens community, St Mark's comprises of three communities - Church, Settlement and Jubilee - each with its own lounge and dining room. The homely lounge rooms are equipped with pianos, keyboard, TV, DVD and stereos and allow residents to socialise together. The spacious outdoor area is a lovely place for St Mark's residents and family to gather, and provides a sensory environment for various St Mark's events. Cooper House is a close-knit community featuring ensuited rooms, all with easy access to an expansive outdoor area with beautiful gardens, seating, a gazebo for entertaining visitors and a children’s play area. A large comfortable lounge room, overlooking the gardens, is equipped with a piano, TV, DVD and stereo, and encourages residents to socialise together or join family and friends there for a leisurely cup of tea.
