Job Description

SIXT Australia is on the lookout for a Full Time Wash Bay Supervisor to join the team at Brisbane Airport. At SIXT, you can fully showcase your strengths. You’ll meet SIXT Australia’s vehicle presentation standards, exceed customer expectations, and contribute to the successful daily operation of the location. Your role at SIXT

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Ensure all vehicles are cleaned, refuelled, or recharged to meet company standards and presented as “rent-ready” for customers
• Maintain fleet integrity by promptly reporting vehicle damage and assisting with the on-fleeting and de-fleeting process.
• Inspect vehicle service stickers or logs upon return to ensure up-to-date maintenance status.
• Oversee shift management, including scheduling, staff breaks, and monitoring casual hours in accordance with Award conditions.

Your skills matter

Leadership capability: You will have proven ability to inspire a high-performing detailing team, driving a culture of efficiency, safety, and productivity while upholding SIXT Australia’s renowned standards and achieving our shared goals

Flexibility: You are willing to work a rotating roster between 6am and 6pm, Monday to Sunday, including school holidays, weekends, and public holidays

Communication: You will have exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Attention to detail: You will have a keen eye for detail and take pride in your work.

Experience in vehicle detailing or cleaning is preferable, however not essential

All successful applicants will be required to complete a National Criminal History Check and a pre-employment medical check, including drug and alcohol screening. Please note that all candidates will need a current provisional or full drivers license and working rights in Australia.
