About your new role
We are currently seeking a Hospitality Job Coach that has the power to connect with and inspire individuals with disabilities to assist our supported employees, within our Monte Lupo Cafe and Laundretto hospitality sites. As a Job Coach you will work as coach and support our supported employees to reach their fullest potential in all aspects of hospitality to help them to achieve their personal employment goals.
About our Hospitality Team
Our amazing Hospitality team provide employment options to our supported employees. Our Monte Lupo Cafe is Banyo provide all our smaller cafe locations with cooked meals, and delicious treats for our customers to love and enjoy. Our hospitality team are full of laughter and ensure they provide the best mentoring for our creative Supported Employees, as a Job Coach, you won’t want to miss this experience.
About you
- Experience with people living with a disability in an employment setting or direct support and training.
- Experience in the hospitality industry.
- Ability to motivate and engage others to meet the day-to-day objectives.
- Ability to prioritise workload, multitask and respond to emergency situations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
- Well-developed interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate effectively within a team.
You will have the following to qualify for this role
- Hospitality Experience
- Blue Card
- NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
- Current First Aid and CPR Certificate
