Position Overview:

We’re on the lookout for an experienced barista who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. At Roasting Warehouse, everyone pitches in to maintain our high standards, especially during peak times. Whether it’s crafting the perfect coffee, prepping cabinet food, handling made-to-order dishes, or keeping things clean and stocked, we do it all.

This role is ideal for someone who loves great coffee, enjoys working in a vibrant setting, and has the skills to match. It’s a vibe, but definitely not for the faint-hearted.

Key Responsibilities:

• Crafting high-quality specialty coffee and beverages.

• Preparing and serving freshly made food, including made-to-order items.

• Educating customers about our coffee blends and offerings.

• Maintaining cleanliness and organization in all areas of the café.

• Collaborating with the team to ensure smooth operations, especially during peak hours.

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience as a barista or in a similar café role.

• A strong passion for coffee and customer service.

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

• A team player with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.

• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends.(Closed sundays) - approx 20-30 hours per week.
